Terms & Conditions

1.Warranty void:

a.If the seal is broken. The user should ensure the condition of the seal before installation

b.If someone opens this product under any circumstances

c.If the product/installation/cabling modified by anyone else

d.If the cable is mishandled

2.aiTANK recommends the following prerequisites

a.Premises wiring where aiTANK is installed should take care of “Electrical Earthing/Grounding” as per standard IS: 3043-1987

b.Appropriately rated MCB should be provided

c.Motor electrical wiring should be of right size for the length and power rating of the motor

d.Electrical wiring should follow RYB colour coding standard. In case of wrong colour coding, the customer need to pay additional charges in actuals during installation

3.aiTANK has necessary protection feature to safeguard motor and/or system. However, aiTANK is not responsible for any incident happened to the motor/wiring resulting in loss of property, life or any other kind

4.The motor should be ventilated properly, if applicable

5.The warranty is only for aiTANK. Cable not covered under warranty

6.We recommend user to safeguard the cable with PVC tube. It is the customer’s choice to install bare cable.

7.PVC tube laying is not in our scope. However in special case, if the user requests, it will be chargeable

8.Cable should not be mixed and disturbed by the user, Cable TV, Internet and other service providers. It is the responsibility of the user to take care of the cable

9.aiTANK should be protected from rain and other wet surroundings

10.aiTANK is designed to avoid human intervention and it is intelligent enough to decide what to do. The user should not interfere with its operations

11.Under any circumstances, our maximum compensation is limited to the cost of the device paid by the customer

12.The client should provide wiring diagram that shows the concealed wiring tubes for the safe installation of aiTANK

13.It is the responsibility of the user to ensure building health

14.Our team takes utmost care while drilling on the wall of the tank or house in order to fix the Sensors and Controllers. In spite of our maximum possible care, if something unfortunate happens, we will not be responsible for any such events

15.Make sure “Sump Float” should not get immersed due to the overflow of the sump

16.Servicing/Support request for customized solutions will not be covered under standard service policy
